FAQ

  • How much is shipping?
    To find the exact cost of shipping your item(s), and to see all options available to you, follow these steps: 1) Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart/basket. 2) Proceed to checkout and enter your full delivery details. 3) Choose your preferred delivery option or leave as standard delivery, the postage prices will update automatically if you change your delivery option.
  • When will you dispatch my item?
    All orders are dispatched within 1 working day Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
  • Can I return an item?
    Yes, all items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us first, via email to let us know you would like to return an item and the reason for your return. All items should be returned as new, unopened & unused, unless damaged/faulty. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs; unless an item has been sent incorrectly or is damaged/faulty. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving an incorrect item or a damaged/faulty item. If it is clear the item is damaged when the courier is handing you your parcel, please ask the courier to mark the item as recieved damaged and we will receive this notification.
